This horror-loving unicorn has been behind the chair since 2015 and has loved every minute of it! Rose is originally from Denver, Colorado, but spent 24 years in Washington, where she and her wife, Shaina, ran a salon together. As of April 2025, they both call Chicago home. Rose's primary focus with every client is understanding their hair goals—whether big or small. She considers herself a "hair-apist," always eager to understand each person’s vision and personality. Communication is key for her, and no inspirational image is ever too quirky or out there.

Rose has trained extensively across a wide range of hair textures. She takes pride in having a diverse clientele, working with everything from thick, curly, and coarse hair to fine and straight hair. For Rose, every person deserves beautiful hair. She specializes in all things color, from balayage to bright, vibrant shades, and is skilled in razor cuts, barber cuts, styling, and even makeup. Her passion for her craft runs deep, and she takes every opportunity to expand her knowledge of the beauty world.

When Rose isn’t in the salon, she loves spending time with her wife, Shaina, and their three dogs. A fan of diverse music, Rose believes live shows are what truly "fill her cup." She enjoys browsing thrift stores, antique shops, and anything that’s odd or creepy—her love for horror runs deep. But she’s also a sucker for a good reality show. If she has time, she enjoys customizing her own clothes, adding a personal touch to everything she owns.
